The Beard Rolls On

beardThe 2014 World Tour De Beard resumed this morning as the Beard, and his fellow riders of the Amgen People’s Coast Arthritis Bike Classic, pushed off this morning from the tiny coastal hamlet of Yachats, Oregon.

Today’s 59-mile leg sees the Beard riding through some of the most stunning scenery of the Oregon Coast. From the ocean hugging cliffs of Cape Perpetua, the heaving waters of the Devil’s Churn, past the Heceta Head Lighthouse and the Oregon Sand Dunes.

Tonight, the Beard will overnight at an undisclosed location near Lakeside, Oregon. The Beard has released these additional photos from the Tour De Beard stop in Newport, the hometown of the Beard and of Rogue Ales and Spirits.
