European Cycling Tour
June 8th – Amsterdam
June 10th – Copenhagen
June 25th – Berlin
The Beard combines his passions of beer and cycling during this summer tour of the backroads of Europe.
While much of his ride is a private affair, the Beard is pleased to include many public appearances on his calendar, and calls upon Rogues in Europe to help him Grow The Revolution.
More details and additional stops will be released as they become available.
Expected But Not Confirmed
Oregon Brewers Festival
July 27th – 31st
A longtime favorite event of the Beard, the Oregon Brewers Festival is a celebration of the state’s rich craft beer culture. The Beard was honored to serve as Co-Grand Marshall with Rogue President Brett Joyce in 2014.
We anticipate the Beard will attend this year’s festival and will announce his public schedule at his earliest possible convenience.
2016 Arthritis Bike Classic – Oregon
Portland to Newport, Oregon
September 17th – 24th
The Beard’s favorite ride has a new name and a new route. The six-day Arthritis Bike Classic – Oregon starts in the streets of Portland, takes riders through the backroads of Oregon’s hops country, up and over the Coast Range and ends in beautiful Newport, the hometown of Rogue Ales and Spirits.
What hasn’t change is that ride raises money for the Arthritis Foundation, a cause near and dear to the Beard. Last year the Beard and his followers raised $3,848. The Beard is already accepting contributions for this year’s ride on his personal donation page.
The above information is deemed accurate, but not warranted. Dates and locations may change unexpectedly depending upon unanticipated Acts of God, and where the best bar in town is located.
